Profit Sharing

A percentage of all profits are distributed to our employees based on their % of salary (and does not include those with over 5% ownership). We currently take 50% of our profits and allocate it to employee profit sharing . We currently are targeting 3-8% of an employee’s salary as their portion of profit sharing, but that will depend on each year’s profit, especially in our early years

Health Insurance

  • CODE Staffing pays 100% of cost – including family
  • Group Plan through Performance Health, part of the Aetna Network (First Health)
  • Eligibility – first day of the first full month of employment

Dental Insurance

  • CODE Staffing pays 100% of cost – including family
  • Eligibility – first day of the first full month of employment
  • Preventative procedures every 6 months 100% paid
  • Single deductible - $50/year

Vision Insurance

  • CODE Staffing pays 100% of cost – including family
  • Eligibility – first day of the first full month of employment
  • $10 copay for routine annual in network eye exam and $25 for materials, $150 allowance + 20% off balance for new frames every two years. $150 allowance on conventional contacts.

Paid Time Off

  • CODE Staffing offers flexible paid time off, with our employees expected to take off an average of 3 weeks per year.
  • CODE Staffing offers 7 paid holidays which include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days) and Christmas.

Employer Paid Life & Long-Term Disability Insurance

  • CODE Staffing pays 100% of cost
  • Eligibility – first day of the full month of employment
