Monthly lunches and discussing our mission and vision

I head into Houston monthly to meet with clients. One of my favorite things is taking all the new CODE Staffers out to lunch – so we can meet in person, we can discuss our culture, vision, answer questions, etc. If Markus is in town, he always comes with as well - which is awesome.

One of the most important things I can do as we grow is talk about our vision and culture. Talking about how decisions are made in context of the vision and culture helps to ensure that our people understand and make similar decisions as they face issues.

This week I actually remembered to get a picture of Markus, myself and a few of the newest team members (a few were sick or couldn’t make it – they’ll get another invite next month 😊 ): Welcome to Enzo, Brandi, Lam and John.
